Eliteline – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Eliteline. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, services, and use of our chauffeur-driven transportation services (“Services”). By making a reservation, using our website, or using any Eliteline service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.⁠ ⁠Definitions

“Eliteline” refers to the company providing chauffeur services.

“Client,” “Passenger,” or “You” refers to the person booking or using the service.

“Vehicle” refers to any car used to provide transportation.

 2.⁠ ⁠Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on route changes, waiting times, or additional requests.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Eliteline.

It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided (pickup time, address, number of passengers, flight numbers, etc.) is accurate.



 3.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in [£GBP] and may include base fare, distance/time charges.

Tolls, parking fees, and airport charges are included in the fixed-price fare.

For non-fixed routes, tolls, parking fees, and airport charges will be added to the quote if required.

Additional charges may apply for:
Extra waiting time
Changes to itinerary
Late-night services
Damage or cleaning fees

Payment must be made in full for the journey

Payment Methods: e.g., cash, credit card, bank transfer, online payment.

Eliteline reserves the right to require full or partial payment before service begins.

 4.⁠ ⁠Airport Pickup

Includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

To ensure a seamless experience, a 20-minute buffer is applied for flight arrivals. For instance, if your flight lands at 11:00AM, your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall at 11:20am. at which point your complimentary waiting period begins and ends at 12:20pm.

Tailored to You: Buffer time can be adjusted upon request, allowing a fully personalized and stress-free arrival experience.

Waiting time and parking charge beyond the complimentary period will be charged as outlined below.

Parking Charge for all service class: £10/hour

Waiting time:
Business Class: £60/hour
First Class: £70/hour
Business XL: £80/hour

 5.⁠ ⁠Waiting Time Policy (Excluding Airport Pickups)

A complimentary waiting period of fifteen (15) minutes is provided from the scheduled arrival time of the vehicle. For clarity, if a booking is scheduled for 6:00 PM, the complimentary waiting period will conclude at 6:15 PM. Any waiting time beyond this period:

Business Class: £0.80 per minute

First Class: £0.95 per minute

Business XL: £1.15 per minute

 6.⁠ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: 50% of fare

Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup: 100% of fare

A “no-show” occurs when the client fails to appear without notifying Eliteline.

No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.

 7.⁠ ⁠Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all:

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Smoking, vaping, drinking alcohol, or using illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Any damage, vomiting, or excessive mess caused by a passenger will result in cleaning/repair fees.

The driver has the right to refuse service if a passenger behaves abusively, dangerously, or illegally.

 8.⁠ ⁠Luggage

You are responsible for ensuring your luggage fits safely in the vehicle.

Eliteline is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten items, but we will assist in recovering lost property whenever possible.

 9.⁠ ⁠Vehicle & Service Availability

Eliteline reserves the right to substitute vehicles due to operational reasons (maintenance, safety, breakdowns, etc.).

We strive to arrive on time but cannot guarantee arrival times due to events beyond our control such as traffic, weather, road closures, or emergencies.

10.⁠ ⁠Chauffeur Responsibilities

Eliteline chauffeurs:

Hold valid licenses and meet all legal requirements

Drive safely and courteously

Maintain professional conduct

Assist with luggage when appropriate


However, chauffeurs are not responsible for:

Carrying excessively heavy or unsafe items

Risks caused by client-provided directions

 11.⁠ ⁠Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Eliteline is not liable for delays, missed flights, missed connections, lost profits, or indirect damages.

Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the cost of the booking.

Passengers travel at their own risk unless negligence is proven.

12.⁠ ⁠Safety Restrictions

Clients must inform us in advance if:

Children requiring car seats are traveling additional charges applies.

There are passengers with special mobility needs

Extra-large luggage, pets, or special items will be transported

We may refuse service if this information is not provided in advance.

13.⁠ ⁠Privacy & Data Protection

Eliteline collects information necessary for booking and providing services.
We do not sell or share client data except as required by law.

14.⁠ ⁠Amendments

Eliteline reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
